At Venli we work with various banks and can easily obtain Spanish mortgages, up to 70% for non-residents and 80% for residents. In some cases, a higher percentage can be obtained depending on individual financial circumstances.

*Opening Charges 1% – 1.5%
*Cancellation Charges 1% – 1.5%

Valuation Costs €200 – €300

Information required to apply for a mortgage are:

If the person is employed:

  • Copy of passport
  • P-60
  • Private sales agreement
  • 3 months bank statements of all accounts
  • Proof of ownership of any other properties and breakdown of existing mortgages
  • 3 payslips

If the person is self-employed:

  • Copy of passport
  • Last 2 years accounts
  • Last 6 months bank statements of all accounts
  • Private sales agreement
